~flass is the one to thank for finding this thing wherever he did.
I've just added some English for what I could figure out (which was a little less than half of the menus). I still don't know what the other half does.
I also invite others to translate it, and we will see where we can get.

The white border is kind of the point of this one. if you don't want a border around your image viewer, find First Impression Image Viewer.

i don't know you're still working on this but i have a question: how can i force very big pictures to match the screen so i can see the whole picture?

I'm sure you may have found it by now, but if you go to tools, select the third tool and then the second!

If you click the link on my previous post, you'll find an updated translation with this done ^^;
